Performance and features are great, but...

This fridge has great features, such as the deli tray, adjustable shelf for tall objects, ice maker in the fridge to free up freezer space. After about a year, the compressor got so loud that sometimes I think there is a truck driving by. It still works great but I expected the same quality as we got from the tv.
Pros: Bright display, spacious
Cons: too loud
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great design features

Unit has all the features one could want & looks great. However the compressor is too loud when running. Authorized rep was called and he said the noise was normal for this unit. I put some insulation down the side of the unit and this helped a bit---why should I have to do this? For this reason I could not recommend this refrigerator to anyone. Also this was a 28 cu. ft. expensive unit and I expected better.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this refrigerator, however . . .
The freezer drawer is hard to get into because of the upper shelf rolling out in the way. Also I wish the icemaker was in the door, but Samsung doesn't have that option available in any frig apparently. The ice maker takes up too much room where I want shelf space. Makes things feel cramped.
Doors need to be pushed closed. It would be nice to have an alarm letting me know when a door is ajar.

Big & bright interior

The inside is well lit, very bright with no dark areas. Very large interior with adjustable shelving. Exterior has beautiful stainless steel with ergonomic design. Runs very quiet.

Cons: replacement water filters are expensive

There is ample space for storage in both the refrigerator and freezer areas. Controls easy to set.
Pros: bright interior lighting
Cons: slow water dispensing.

Love this fridge!
It looks appetizing... everything inside is bright spacious & clean ..just love it! love the double wide with French doors ...no more too wide to fit items! The water Ice on the outside - fantastc!
