New Fridge

Hard to give a true rating since I just had it installed. I don't like the fingerprints on the stainless steel after a few days. I don't like the ice maker set up since it take away from one whole door of storage. Yet to be seen how it will preform.

Great reliability, great features and great functionality

When we were deciding on which refrigerator manufacturer and model to purchase, Samsung was highly regarded. We decided to go with the prevailing opinion and have never regretted the decision. We have had this 4 door model for over 1.5 years and still love it like we did the day it was installed.

Flex drawer bin does not fill the available space. Could have more storage capacity there at no additional cost.
No dairy shelf. While it does not show one in the pics, I liked that about other models, including my older Samsung french door unit.
Ice and water dispenser still shuts off when opposite door is opened. Real annoying! and I chatted with a agent months before I purchased and was assured this had been changed.

I love this fridge except for the plastic shelves. My old one had glass shelves and it was easy to slide things to the back. This is not the case with the plastic shelves. Food needs to be placed, not slid. This would be no big deal but the refrigerator is very deep so it is difficult to get things to the back. Love the big ice maker! I have read bad reviews of the ice maker but it is quiet and efficient, I guess they solved the problems. The freezer has ample room and the extra convertible drawer can make the freezer HUGE!
In summary, great product, big, and beautiful.
Pros: very flexible, big freezer, big ice maker
Cons: plastic shelves

I love the 4 door fridge and we use that drawer for items that are pulled from the fridge often thus eliminating opening the main doors and affecting temp as in a conventional fridge. The freezer size is perfect. The front water dispenser aims the water to the back of the glass minimizing the splash back when filling glasses. Lighting is great.
Pros: Bright display, 4 doors
