Placement of water filter is great,does not waste space in frig compartment and is extremely convenient for replacement when it becomes necessary.

Love this fridge!
It looks appetizing... everything inside is bright spacious & clean ..just love it! love the double wide with French doors ...no more too wide to fit items! The water Ice on the outside - fantastc!

The water dispenser furnishes water that is only slightly cooler than room temperature. The ice maker dispenses white cloudy ice cubes that the booklet says is due to the way the water is filtered. The ice just doesn't look coold and crisp-just white and wet. The biggest problem with this unit is the ice and water dispenser. It doesn't do a great job and it takes up a lot of room in the fridge. I lowered the refrig temp from the factory setting of 37 to 35 and that helped the water a little. However, I ran my old refrigerator at 42 degrees and the water was much colder.
Pros: i like the additional drawer, freezer is pretty good
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have recommended this unit to my sister & brother-in-law who are about to remodel their kitchen. We compared other three and four door models, but went with this one because:
- Folding shelf for tall items.
- LED lighting, makes it look cool.
- The middle, flat drawer: it is multi-use, reconfigurable and sized correctly.
- No more bending over to see what is in the fridge.
- Easier to see everything in the pull-out freezer.
- The control panel is easy to use and intuitive.

BE ADVISED: Look at the case height, not just the hinge height when measuring. Our fridge is under a short cabinet, and the case slid right under - and the taller hinges are far away. Searching by dimensions on some store websites, this model was excluded because the stores only used hinge height on their websites.
Nothing beats going to the store with a tape measurer.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display

After accessing several sites to read the reviews on this model (both personal and sites like CNET, consumer reports, etc.), I only had one concern. Many said that the fridge/freezer ran about 2oF above the actual setting. As long as the fridge is lower the 40oF, you are still within the normal range of the fridge (I wasn't concerned about the freezer).
The fridge was installed on July 1, 2016 and within about 6 hours, it had reached the factory setting temperatures. When I opened the fridge, I found it was nice a cool and I felt just as cool as our other fridge. I had placed a bottle of water in the fridge and the next day, it was nice and cold.
When I tested the water/ice dispenser, I had no issues. In fact, when I was running water through the dispenser initially to "cleanse" the system, I noticed a bit of condensation building up on the glass around my fingers (obviously, the water was cool). Good amount of ice produced without any issues.
Beautiful looking fridge, very quiet and lots of room. The fridge door is a bit snug for a gallon of milk but not a big deal. Also like the retractable shelf to help accommodate those taller items. Two things I really like; 1) the produce drawers move back and forth using a wheel mounted on the draw and 2) the flex drawer. Many of the produce drawers are simply held in place by either a plastic clip or it has a plastic lip that fits into a ridge that slides back and forth (hope that makes sense). If you have a nice quality drawer in your home, it will have a wheel that fits into a little track and it slides back and forth nice and smoothly. This is what Samsung used for their produce drawer. In all of the fridges I have owned, the plastic clip has broken off or part of the lip has broken off so it doesn't open and close smoothly. What I really like about the flex draw is that it is external. Some of the french door fridges have a large wide draw at the bottom of the fridge portion but in order to open this drawer all the way, both french doors have to be open all the way. Since the flex door is a separate part of the fridge, you don't have to worry about this. You are also minimizing opening and closing the main part of the fridge.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with this fridge (so far since it has only been 3 days) and if you are concerned about the 2oF difference, I wouldn't be concerned.
Pros: flex drawer, good quality on produce drawer, spacious, quiet, nice looking, well designed, high quality

This is a very nice product,one of the best things I've bought. The only thing I would change is the bottom freezer,it does not pull out far enough,things are hard to get to !!!
