I just installed my new 28cf 4 door fridge. Very easy installation and start up. Very intuitive operation. Love the flexible space of the fridge and deli drawer. The only draw back that I can see is the shelving on the interior of the left door is small and configured in an awkward way. The interior lighting is very effective enabling one to see everything clearly in every area of the fridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the sleek look of this refrigerator and the 2nd drawer. After getting it home and started using it found the space on the side of the ice maker is useless space. I love the ice maker bit the space is just not usable. I love Samsung products but this one isn't my favorite..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet, efficient, well designed--love the convenience of the drawer for easy accessibility. Had to set the temperature there to 33 to get freezer to hold 0 degrees, but it makes drawer and box 37 on an ongoing basis. Ice maker works perfectly EVERY TIME, unlike our old one. Yes--when it drops ice, it's noisy. Just makes me happy cause I know it's working. Regular operation is very very quiet.
Pros: Bright display

We Love Our New Refrigerator

We have looked at this refrigerator in the stores for months and finally took the plunge. And we are glad we did. This refrigerator does not disappoint. The design is beautiful with lots of versatility for storing food. It runs quietly and at accurate temperatures. We love everything about it! Cannot wait to host a party because we know we won't have to cram the food into the refrigerator. So glad we finally took the plunge.
Pros: so much versatility.

Purchased a cheaper model RS25J5000DSR - was thankfully delivered with a dent and I was able to return it - I hated it - it was loud and had little lighting inside - so thankful I was able to go back and get this beauty instead! Love the french doors and the snack drawer that fits wine bottles!!! A little bulkier than my previous fridge, but I can live with that considering what I get from this model.
Pros: Bright display, quiet

I bleed SAMSUNG BLUE!!! I am continually satisfied with the quality, value and support that Samsung offers for all of it's products. The newly delivered refrigerator just BLOWS MY MIND!! Maybe the finest appliance I have ever owned. The finish is stunning and the 28 cu ft is HUGE. Can't imagine why anyone would spends thousands more for so much less.
Keep up the great work Samsung!!

This refrigerator is ultra quite

Have only had for a couple of weeks but am loving it. It is so quiet, the only sound that is heard is when ice drops. The inside is very spacious and extremely well lit. Love the deli drawer with temperature control.

Best deal at the big box stores

This was the best refrigerator at the big box stores if you are looking for a medium high level unit. Check your measurements well as the height could be off if the floor to cabinet is not perfectly parallel. Allow for more than 1/2 inch of unparallel height.
Ice maker output is a little too wide open. Ice bounces everywhere and not in a more concise circle like our other frig.
The big middle drawer is the best feature. We drink one liter seltzer bottles and we can hole twelve at least in the tray. Nice that it can be colder than the main cooling area.
Some of the shelves in the door are really too small to be useful for most items. Good for ketchup packets at best. Would be nice to have a butter compartment.
Freezer is nice and big. The dividers are expansive enough to put in big items like a turkey or pizza.
Doors don't self close but alarm will remind you if you forgot. Overall a good buy for the price. It looks like the fancy refrigerators at a lower price.
Pros: Bright display, middle cooling drawer
Cons: Too big, ice output too messy
