Love the new design for water and ice dispensing . Snak/deli drawer a great time and energy saver and the freezer is huge. Loved the first refrigerator so much we purchased a second.

Love the depth of shelves and the deli parts and the ready ice and water in the door.

The product was a part of our kitchen remodel and we love it! The convenience of the bottom freezer and the ice and water in the door is awesome! We are still learning about all the features but so far, we have only had to get the instruction book out twice!
Pros: Bright display, convenience

We purchased the newer black stainless finish. It is gorgeous. We also love the interior of the refrigerator. The serving drawer is handy. Make up trays of food ahead of time and store them in the drawer. The bottom freezer works out great for us. So far, we are enjoying this refrigerator very much!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable

A good refrigerator keeps your food cold and gives you ice when you need it. I had to change the filter and ever since, I have problems with the ice dispenser. I have gone through all the manuals and tips and now will have to call out a repairman. This is a tool that should work for me, not me having to work this hard for ice. What should have been a simple fix is not.
Pros: looks good
Cons: over complicated
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the LED lighting. Entire design and layout of the refrigerator fit our needs. Plenty of room for platters, tall products, fruits and vegetables.
The design of the freezer is perfect and has plenty of room for large and small items.
Ice dispenser makes just the right amount ice.

I always want you I buy a French door refrigerator. We are very happy to choose Sansung brand The features and the guarantee said everything. Is perfect I can't ask for better refrigerator. I had all the space and more that I need when I had Party I can change the shelf to fix big platters and more thank you Sansung for a great refrigerator

We like the design of this fridge and the inside construction seemed sturdier than other brands with the same layout. We haven't had it long, so we don't know if it's reliable or not.
