The overall design is definitely outstanding. The convenience of having the freezer/refrigerator temperature displayed was the most important feature to me. The freezer section is very nicely organized and is easy to place items in and out of that area. The only feature that I would change would be the ice cube dispenser function due to the small area available. Overall I am well pleased with Samsung and I also own a Samsung cell phone, which I really like

Our consumer product source recommended this particular refrigerator and its features matched the desired functions that we had identified for a new refrigerator. The french doors save energy because you don't have to expose the whole interior with each door opening. The freezer drawer makes access to what you need from there much quicker, too, since you can survey the items there with a quick glance.
We have not owned this refrigerator long, but we look forward to a long service life.

I would recommend this appliance to anyone looking for a new fridge. I still have lots of empty space. I guess I must go back to the grocery store to fill it up.

worked as or even better than advertised. fridge should all be designed like it! hopefully it would last longer than the 10 years warranty that i bought with it. more power to samsung

We didnt have to buy a new refrigerator as the one we had was still operational but due to its age and the savings during the 4th of July sale we opted to replace our 14 year + refrigerator. After reviewing the online ratings, visiting several appliance stores and looking at side by side, french door, 4 door etc we chose this model as it seemed to best fit our needs and it had high marks from several consumer rating sights. The unit was delivered when promised, installed and ready to use, after a tight squeeze by our kitchen counter. It took about 2 hours to fully reach the set operating temperatures, and awhile longer to completely fill the ice cube bin.
Now that we have had the refrigerator and are getting used to which side and shelf we placed items I am very glad we opted for this model.

This unit has got to be one of the smartest buys in my life. With multiple doors and adjustable shelves this unit is so handy and easy to use I can't believe it. It is quiet. I never know if it's running or not. And.....it really holds a lot of 'stuff'. I would advise anyone to really check out this unit before buying a refrigerator.
