Great Product

We just purchased the refrigerator two weeks and ago and so far so good. The design of the shelving and pull out drawers gives us multiple options for food placement. everything opens and shuts fluidly and the kids do not have issues operating.
Pros: Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the style of the refrigerator. It replaces a side by side and seems much more efficient. It cooled very quickly and makes plenty of ice for the 2 of us. Can't speak to the reliability yet, but so far very pleased.

I decided on this refrigerator because of the layout, storage capacity, and ability to easily customize the way the shelves , temperature, etc. are positioned/set based on my needs at any given moment.
I also noticed the product feel ; ease of movement of the hinges , drawers, shelves, handles, button pushing, etc.
I have only owned it for a few days, but so far I am loving the features, the feel, and the look of this product.

***The only thing lacking is the water dispenser does not have a feature to dispense desired amounts automatically, and you cannot set a glass/container up and walk away while it fills.***
Pros: Bright display, customizable, functional, layout, asthetics, feel
Cons: no water auto dispense

Great upgrade for our family kitchen

After 16 years with our old refrigerator we decided to look for a replacement (started to have problems). We always wanted stainless steel appliances for our kitchen and after searching for a couple of weeks we decided to get a Samsung for the quality, price and looks. After a few weeks of use, we immediately realized that we made the right choice.
Pros: Durable, Inexpensive, ergonomic, nice looking, energy saver

Problem with exterior

We have had this Samsung fridge model RH28HMEDBSR/AA for approx 2 years. Love the extra drawer but the exterior appears to be blotched and rusting. We have wiped it with water to clean then dried it and have used SS cream to clean. We love Samsung products but are very disappointed in the outside appearance and wonder how long this refrigerator will last.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, exterior
