Quite honestly initially, I was little unsure if my husband and I should get this Samsung refrigerator. I went out shopping around and I really liked this style and model. It's overall appearance, storage features and size, freezer on the bottom were all the things I was looking for. When I read a few customer reviews there were some that made me question whether or not I was making a mistake in getting a Samsung Fridge (and this one in particular). I was worried about "negative reviews" that mentioned it as being "very noisy" and "issues with ice maker". However, I decided to go with my own gut instinct and listened to the "positive reviews" and went ahead with the purchase of this Samsung refrigerator. My husband and I are very happy with our decision and have not experienced any issues or problems. In fact, I find the refrigerator very quiet, but you do hear a soft running of water when the ice machine is being filled. This is not loud or annoying by any means. The only thing I do mention is when you dispense ice either cubed or crushed it does tend to spray ice a little bit. Now that I have noticed this I just make sure I place either a bowl or something under the dispenser before I press ice.
Pros: great space inside and great led lighting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent fridge

We've been using this fridge for only 4 days and we love it so far. Really easy to install and easy to set up temperatures and such. Great features such as the in door ice/water dispenser and the multi-purpose drawer. The unit runs really quiet as well and reached the desired temperature very quickly due to the quick temp setting. Looking forward to many years of use from this product

Good price to performance ratio

We've only had the fridge for about 3 weeks but so far we are happy with the performance. We like the black stainless steel because it does not show fingerprints like regular stainless steel does.
The inside is roomy and the design is good. Freezer also has lots of room and performs well.

Very slow and Noisy Ice Maker

While the looks of this refrigerator is very nice and the 4th door design a must rather than a wide drawer inside that requires both french doors be open to use it......it lacks greatly in the ice department! It hesitates and is very slow as it drops the ice. We also didn't realize how small the ice reservoir was compared to others when our son just bought his refrigerator. When he bought one, he made sure he did not get one like ours. Wished I had researched further but I was remodeling kitchen and went for looks and the fourth drawer function however, we get ice every day, all day and it would have been more important. Also, while I know that ice makers are loud when dropping ice, this one is overly noisy to the point that people ask us what that noise was. A huge disappointment. If you don't us ice often and don't mind waiting for it and hearing the noise while watching tv or sleeping, then it's great otherwise.
Pros: very nice design, nice functional 4th door
Cons: Did not meet expectations, very slow ice maker, very loud ice maker, small ice maker reservoir
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although it was expensive, I do love this fridge. I was not sure about the bottom freezer, but it is very convenient and holds more than I thought. I LOVE the ice maker. It cranks the ice out wonderfully. (and I love my ice.) I do wish it was available in a black, textured finish instead, as I do have trouble keeping stainless clean. I would recommend this product.

I've only had the fridge a short time, but it is spacious and was to use. I like the extra tray.. my kid can open it and get out a snack, which is nice. Freezer fits a lot and I love the little ledge in the fridge! Overall satisfied!

How did I live without French Doors?

I cannot believe what a difference the French doors make! I have so much more room, love the easily adjust shelves (no more messing up the top of cakes), spacious bins and great lightening!
I love the drawer, we use it so much for those items we are reaching for constantly for snacks and sandwiches.
The freezer is unbelievable in how much it will hold and how easy it is to locate items, the top pull drawer is a favorite of mine- I place meats and other that I will be using in the upcoming week's meals and I can easily tell what I have on hand.
Really, was not sure I would like a bottom freezer, but I love it and the French doors at the top make this my favorite fridge ever! I would buy this again and again!
