This refrigerator has multiple sections with various control options. The usability of the product is very very easy. Installation is very easy and don't need anyone. Power consumption is very less.

We love the design and features of our new French-door Samsung fridge. I didn't initially think I would like the French-door configuration, as I really enjoyed our old side-by-side, but as soon as the Samsung was set up in the kitchen it made an instant great impression. The quality is evident in every aspect of the materials and design. I like the good, solid feel of the doors, shelves and bins and the way they are arranged. It is sooo nice to finally have enough space (with some to spare) for everything. We feel that we definitely got our money's worth as many other brands seemed to be made with less care and much lighter weight materials. Also really love the LED lighting!

I was looking for a new refrigerator because my old one of 10 years started to leak. My husband & I knew we wanted to purchase a Samsung because of the overall quality of their products. So it was just a matter of which style refrigerator we were going to purchase and we chose the French door one for a few reasons. The size of the refrigerator itself, you can fit a lot in it & food doesn't get lost in it lije it does in a side by side. The door space, it has lots of door space. The pull out draw, I love this idea you can put eggs, cheese, bacon, snacks or wine in it & change the temperature to fit that food type. The freezer on the bottom is great, it's roomy & has a drawer also. It fits a lot without being over packed. Although I would recommend having a small stand alone freezer. Last but not least the water, ice dispenser is also a plus, would never buy a refrigerator without that. Overall it's a great product & I swear by Samsung products in general.

We have had this refrigerator for about a month and we love it! The center drawer is great when entertaining guests and prepping food. The crushed ice feature is also great although ice tends to fly everywhere. The slide out freezer drawer is great especially for over sized Costco bags of frozen vegetables, etc. The doors are a little stiff for closing but we are assuming because it is new.
Overall, very pleased with this appliance so far.

We have had this refrigerator over a month. This refrigerator has more capacity than my old side by side while fitting in the same area. With the French doors and roll out freezer, storing larger items is possible. In the old side by side some larger items just would not fit. The ice maker has been efficient and quiet. Over all there is no excessive noise from the unit. The lighting is very nice. While refrigerators certainly seem to increase in price every ten to fifteen years when replacement is required, they do seem to include improved features.
