This product has been disappointing.

Getting food in and out of the top drawer in bottom freezer is challenging and limited by design. I often have to open the fridge doors to access those items. Also the ice maker is very slow and very loud. It has been giving us trouble with build up of frozen solid water which keeps it from making ice and also has been making mold issues.
Pros: less expensive than competitors for similar featur
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but...

So far we like the overall size and functionality of the refrigerator. However, we have had it less than 12 hours and the ice select button keeps going crazy and beeping between the two ice selects. Then, it won't even let you select to dispense water. So, if this keeps up, it's going back. Tech is coming tomorrow to look at it. I really want to like this fridge. I also wish that the dividers in the flex drawer could lock into place. They move every time we push the drawer shut.

Love the middle drawer, the color and room in the refrigerator as a whole.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Just got my new French door refrigerator today. I thought my old one was big, and this one didn't look so huge in the store as it really is. But it slid right into the space for it in the kitchen and it looks fantastic. We're all loaded and it made ice already, and there's still a lot of room left in it for the leftovers we tend to live on. The shelf that goes from full to partial length is a godsend because of our iced tea pitcher, which wouldn't go elsewhere. Love the drawer for meats and the two drawers for produce too--we use a lot of fresh stuff and this is so handy. Not to mention the ginormous freezer with the little shelf in the front that is just right for tiny cold packs, and all the space for freezing berries till it's cold enough to make jellies all day in the kitchen. I have never been so thrilled with an appliance before. Thank you Samsung!

After much on-line and in-store review of desired refrigerator models and brands to replace a failed 15 year old model, my wife and I both agreed that the Samsung 4-door French door 28.2 Ci refrigerator was the best choice for our needs when considering Value, Design, and Functionability. We purchased the product and its been installed. Now, over time we'll see if our choice was wise. We hope for the best based on Samsungs reputation. Time tells....

This fridge is so spacious, it looks like I don't have food. Only thing I don't like, which every new fridge could possibly be same way, if you have the opposite fridge door open, and one person is trying to get ice/water out of the dispenser, you can not until all doors are closed. Other than that, no complaints. Nice and looks like an industrial fridge.

Love the french doors - allow us to put a whole turkey or sheet cake with ease. The only negative is the humming sound it makes.
