LOVE THE LOOK

Love the refrigerator , only thing I would change is vertical space. There's not always room to stand everything up. But love the extra's and space provided overall.

Lots of room in this fridge.

I like this refrigerator. Because the ice machine is smaller than in many similar models, it leaves more room in the fridge. However, be warned, the ice machine delivers approximately 3 tall glasses of ice at a time. A bit shy of our needs. Yet we like the roomier fridge. A trade-off to be aware of. The drawer in the freezer makes a lot of noise every time the freezer drawer is opened or closed. Trying to figure that one out as it is annoying. We don't remember the store model making such a noise. We very much like the refrigerator drawer. Using it for cheese, bacon, eggs, butter, lunch meats primarily. The drawer is our favorite feature. We had to cut away the bottom of our cupboards above the fridge in order to fit this one. It is definitely taller and has 21/2 extra inches in depth compared to all of the refrigerators we've fit in this space for thirty years. It's a very large refrigerator.
Pros: Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cool and Sleek

Just got it installed this week at my home and I like the black stainless steel look. The French doors are practical and and it makes the refrigerator seem bigger. Different compartments allow to store a variety of related items together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible Product

We are on our second refrigerator since January 2015.
The first time it broke we were told nobody in our area can service a Samsung refrigerator so they replaced our refrigerator which was wonderful. We are now having the same issues with the new refrigerator that we have had for maybe a year and again no service people in the area so there is nothing they can do for us. We bought this refrigerator because it supposedly has a 10 year warranty, apparently that is UNTRUE!!! Will never buy a Samsung appliance again!'

Planned obsolescence at work. Looks great, so so performance, will need technician to fix, repair or replace frozen coils and or fan. Read reviews in other places
Pros: Bright display
Cons: frozen compressor coils reported everywhere
