Horrible Ice Maker

We've had ours less than two years and the ice maker has already gone out. It never worked great seeing that it took forward to spit out ice cubes, but now it's doing nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Storage - Bad Ice Maker

We bought this refrigerator 2 years ago. Since purchasing it I have had to have the ice maker repaired 3 times and about to schedule the 4th. The ice maker keeps freezing up. It will leak water into the glass before the ice comes out. Then after doing that for awhile it freezes up. Was recommended by a friend not to purchase because of the ice maker problems but did so anyway. Wish I had purchased another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible refrigerator

I purchased this refrigerator two years ago and the ice maker stopped making ice shortly after the first year. Samsung does not stand behind their product even though they know this refrigerator has had ice making problems for years. Do not buy this piece of junk unless you don’t care about ice or you have money to waste on repairs!

The ice maker continually freezes a block of ice, and locks up. I've had to take our apart, many times, to melt away the blockage. The rest of the refrigerator is good.

Refrigerator Fan Freezes

We bought this 3 years ago because I liked the feel and it had good reviews. I despise this refrigerator. We have had to take the inside apart 3-4 times this year to deice the Twin Cooling fans. Yes it has been a humid summer, for Maine, but this is ridiculous. I would have to call a service person each time if my husband wasn't handy and found YouTube videos on how to get in to fix it. We are taking it apart for the 4th time this year and realized we haven't taken a picture of how bad it get. I wouldn't recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cools and freezes flawlessly. Doors don't open all the way...they have a stop that makes it awkward in our kitchen (5-7° more would've worked wonders and still been able to stay flush). You must make sure left hand door is seated in closed position, if that is the only side you open, by pressing in in slightly. It does not close on it's own. Glass tops over crisper drawers either a) aren't removable for cleaning or b) require extreme force (that I am afraid to apply) to remove. A nice red meat accident took me HOURS to clean around the lip/glass. Ice maker is awesome (I really don't know how it keeps up, as small as it appears to be) and the crushed ice dispenser is light years ahead of any other we have seen or owned. Extremely quiet and trouble free in 6 months of operation so far. We would purchase again. So the positives of this refrigerator far surpass the small drawbacks.
I would recommend this to a friend!
