[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After weeks of research and multiples places showcasing the options, we ended up buying this because offers amazing features like water dispense, have the compartments we need and the finishes are incredible. Performance and energy savings are great as well, I notice it on my lower energy bill.

We bought this fridge about a year ago now. It has been a great purchase. We love the pull out middle door and freezer. They provide great space. We also love the setup of the interior of the fridge. It provides places that are more than adequate for everything we buy.
The one thing that has surprised me is that the water filters (used with the ice maker and water dispenser) are quite expensive ($50) and only last between 4 and 6 months before the light comes on to replace it again. We have ultimately decided to follow the instruction booklet to circumvent the filter altogether to lower our costs.
Overall, this is a great fridge and we love it! We wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

Amazing and worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is huge. Has awesome storage space. We use the slide out drawer for our daughters stuff so she has her own mini fridge. It has an alarm that tells you when your door is to long. Great product.

Super Refrigerator!

I have had this refrigerator just over a year now and my wife and I love it! My wife is disabled and has to use a power wheelchair and she can reach what she needs to inside and outside this refrigerator. The water filter is in a very convenient location and easy to change when it is time to change it!

Refrigerator was not even a year old and the ice maker does not work properly. Some times it makes ice and some times it does not. Had to buy an ice maker for the side because we could not rely on this brand new refrigerator.

Evaporator constantly ices over, ice maker jams

This is a piece of garbage. The evaporator constantly ices over forcing me to remove the cover and defrost it. I don't have time to remove all the food, take off all the covers, and defrost the ice on a weekly basis. My 100$ refrigerator has had no problems over 10 years and this $2000 piece of trash is falling apart less than 5 years after I bought it. The ice maker constantly jams from ice not coming all the way out or the ice maker frosting over. Google these issues and you'll see they're very common. Design flaws.

Icemaker Issues

Love everything about this refrigerator except the Icemaker. Ours quit working (I think it really needed defrosting, but no way to do that and keep things cold in the rest of the fridge. Icemaker was replaced. Still doesn’t work. Have been buying ice for 4 months now.

Ice Machine & Refrigerator Replaced within 2-years

Glad we purchased an extended warranty, ice machine died within 2-years. Parts & labor were over $700 covered by warranty. New ice maker lasted 2-months. Told this was a common issue with this refrigerator. Received a check for the purchase price minus the extended warranty. Not worth the aggravation, will never purchase another Samsung product.
