two that don't work

i have two refrigerators that do not properly function. this model ice maker keeps freezing up, the other model has had four control panels burn out. i would not recommended.

2 years in and ice maker is freezing solid. have to buy a new one already. very disappointing.

Beautiful failure

beautiful design that fails on a regular basis,the refrigerator/freezer periodically stop cooling because the coils freeze over preventing the fan from turning due to design flaw.

Poor Ice Maker Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’ve had to purchase 4 ice cube maker assemblies, 1 drive assembly and 1 holding tray assembly. i have to perform manual defrosting every 1 to 3 months with a hair drier.

Subpar water and ice dispenser

Using the ice Dispenser
Place a glass underneath the ice dispenser and push gently against the dispenser lever with your glass.
***Make sure the glass is in line with the dispenser to prevent the ice from bouncing out.***

have had the appliance for almost 3 years now.
nothing but icemaker freeze up jams and leaks along with major internal leaking
if that part doesnt freeze solid it runs out all over the kitchen floor

Biggest mistake ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had it about three yrs it was great til we installed the ice feature it's been nothing but problems. ice maker leakes requires defrosting also fridge stops cooling constantly. food always goes bad.
