my ice maker went out 3 times. my warrenty expired and my refrigerator will not keep my food cool. i cant keep milk or cheese in there. i have to unplug it once a month to keep it cool. until im able to buy another one.

when i first bought this refrigerator, i thought i was going to love it. however, the ice maker has become a thorn in my side. i paid a lot for this item and in less than 4 years i have no other choice but to replace it because i have had enough. i will never purchase a samsung refrigerator again nor let anyone that i know put themselves through this!! very disappointed

we bought this refrigerator 2 years. after ends of the warrenty some parts are broken. we can not adjust the temperatue for the flexzone, the light for the freezer does not work anymore

do not buy. looks lovely but poorly engineered. rear vents ice up. cannot melt. water drips on internal shelves, thereby creating dangerous mold. manually force defrosting ineffective. local servicemen will not touch a samsung. see various you tube videos attesting to design flaws, service issues, and class action lawsuit. frig was ok for first few years before progressively deteriorating. now only 6 years old and about to be replaced. complete garbage.

First review was censured/rejected! Without any justification. Incredible! Do not buy. Device looks great but is poorly engineered. Rear vents ice up. Cannot be melted. Water drips on internal shelves, thereby creating dangerous mold. Food must be thrown away. Local servicemen refuse to work on Samsung refrigerators. Repeat: Do not buy

Garbage. Water leaks. Does not keep items cold in warm weather. Condensation - ruined food - mold - drips everywhere. Do NOT buy Samsung refrigerators.

this fridge i loved. absolutely loved. then the issues started. ice maker quit one day. started freezing. then i found out from friends the issues with these models. nearly all of their models have issues and poorly made equipment inside. lots of users have the same issue and samsung is refusing to consider it a defect issue. when everyone has the same issues across years of products it has more than a hiccup. i wish they would put out better quality material and appliances. their reputation on the line and their expectations should be of customer satisfaction. i'd pay more for better quality and a product they would back fully.
