Left upper door is rusting out. Ice maker unit replaced three times and is once again dead. This has been a huge disappointment.

worst appliance i have ever had

Poor performance

We have had the fridge for 5 years and it has been nothing but problems. Ice machine was constantly freezing up and the the water line was also freezing up several times per day. Asked several appliance repair people to fix it and they all said that it isn’t worth repairing and to discard of it and buy a different brand. Will never purchase a Samsung fridge again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A working ice maker is essential to have ice-cold drinks. Let's go ahead and check your settings.

If your ice bucket is stuck and won't come out, don't try to force it too hard. A little gentle wiggle should be all you need to shake it loose.

Broken icemaker

Bought new, Great refrigerator but ruined by poor icemaker. no longer makes ice. Unfortunately I can find no ice buildup in the icemaker so I can only assume it’s something mechanical.very disappointed as I have all Samsung appliances in my kitchen

We want to ensure that the ice maker on your refrigerator works as it should, Amit.

To operate the ice maker properly, a water pressure of 20-125 psi (138-862 kPa) is required.
