The Flex Zone Drawer is amazing!

The Flex Zone Drawer is the best appliance feature I have ever had. It is fantastic to store small items such as yogurt without having to stack them inside. It was wonderful for Christmas entertaining to store hors d’œuvres. I love it so much with my upcoming kitchen remodel I am buying another one and am going to have two. I was a little startled to see a reviewer say it’s being discontinued. I certainly hope that’s not true!
I would recommend this to a friend!

After reading many, many reviews and comparisons of multiple French Door style refrigerators, from different manufaturers, the wife and I decided this would be the best choice and so far (in the last 2 months) we are not disappointed. Very pleased with the capacity and the Flex drawer has proven to be a great must have feature. If there is any down side, the left door shelves are limiting because of the ice maker so be sure to put your smallest/ narrowest items in those shelves.

Really bad Ice Maker

ice maker unit does not produce ice, the unit does not defrost the system making ice keeps accumulating in the resistance, and blocking the system, it is a really bad unit that i would not recommend

Beautiful refrigerator but Run away fast

get a retro experience in the kitchen. you will have the fun of manually defrosting the ice maker weekly like living in the in the 50's. sew soaker pads to place under the ice / water dispenser as it drips water. then put towels on the shelves inside the refrigerator to absorb water that leaks from the back wall. also put something absorbent under the crisper drawers or the water will leak out to the floor and damage it. like cleaning up mold that forms from all the excess water? you will love this brand. you will also have a new kitchen tool, a hair dryer used to defrost the icing problem. you will have frequent trips to the grocery store to replace spoiled food due to unstable interior temperatures.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i can say that the 2 drawer areas are still working. in 2014, i needed a new fridge and went with this one. 2 years, the ice machine began freezing. it was always being pulled apart to thaw. by 2019, the ice machine stopped working. instead of repairing it, i just use ice trays. no big deal, right? well, earlier this year, i heard a load noise coming from it. when i opened a door, it stopped. the noise would stop, then start again. it was loud enough to hear at the other end of my house. it was taken apart, looked at and i thought it just needed to be cleaned due to dust, cats, dog, etc.now, the noise has stopped, but,now the temp isn't low enough.i'm going to keep it for the drink drawer, the freezer, but i will never buy a samsung appliance again.
