Love my fridge!!

Other than a slow water flow, I love this fridge. We have changed the filter, replaced all tubing, connections, etc. and the water still runs SUPER SLOW.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

Frig looks great in our house and was a good buy. My only complaint with it is the freezer is a little small. Also the design in the freezer is a little goofy. They put a draw in it that probably could do with out. Other than that I would buy another one.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: freezer

Thanks for the feedback, JERE1234! Many people find that the upper Auto Pull-out freezer drawer helps them keep their frozen items more organized, but if you need the extra height for the main bin, you can easily remove the upper drawer.

We have had the new refrigerator almost a month now. I can hardly wait for the next big cooking day. This frig has the room for everything! Holidays, no problem. Parties, no problem. Birthday cakes, it will fit with room to spare. Whole watermelons this summer. We are ready; with the help of this very spacious refrigerator. It is quiet, I thought it would be louder when the ice is dropping. But its fairly quiet then also. I started with Samsung washer and dryer. I will definitely purchase more appliances made with the Samsung brand.
Pros: Bright display, plenty of storage space, plenty of ice

I purchase a new french door with middle snack draw in April 2013. the fridge looks great on the outside, but the ice maker is very noisey. About 2 weeks ago we heard a loud sound coming from the fridge..it sounded like a tornado. We call the warranty company and they sent out a repair person who said it is normal to get that sound because it makes that noise when the compressor releases. He could do nothing to fix the problem. We are very dissatisfied with the product and are very skeptical about having guest at our home. We never know when the fridge will make that embarrassing noise. when we purchased the fridge we were not told about these issues. All we were told is that its top rated on JD Powers and Associates List. We spent alot of money for the fridge and now we regret the purchase,

Cons: Did not meet expectations, noisey
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could not be better

We have gone through 2 defective refrigerators from a competitor, we could not be more pleased with our Samsung. It reached full cooling within 5 hours. We had ice in less than 8 hours. The shelf design allows infinite variation to meet our needs. The only improvement we could suggest is for the lower freezer drawer would open further.

My entire family appreciated the layout of this refrigerator. The kids have access to their special items. I am able to organize and can readily locate items. The freezer has an extra drawer to keep small items that tend to get lost.
Pros: Bright display, convenient drawers, deep shelving, organization
Cons: ice maker runs out of available ice
