Overall good but some flaws

We really love the design of this refrigerator and overall we like it. That being said there are a few design flaws. The biggest issue is the ice dispenser. It is extremely slow to dispense ice and the ice comes out somewhat crushed when using the cubed setting, which is annoying as pieces often fall on the floor and the ice melts faster in your drinks. I also don't love that you have to open both doors to get to the long drawer in the refrigerator.

AMAZING refrigerator/freezer!

This refrigerator/freezer was a replacement for our old Kenmore that expired. We researched before we made our decision to buy this one and we can tell you that we are extremely happy with it!! We spent a little more money for this, but we feel that we received an incredible value for the money we spent. The lighting inside is so amazing....trust me, you'll be able to see everything you have in there! And while some folks have said that it is "loud", we disagree. Yes it makes some noise, but it is no more than normal running sounds that are to be expected of a refrigerator/freezer.
We love this appliance and the main thing that sold us was the reputation for quality that Samsung has established. Would we recommend it? OH YEAH!
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: none!

Ordered it day before valentine, installed on valentine, it's been a love affair since then. Runs quietly and performs as expected. Very spacious!

took a couple of hours to cool down mostly due to transferring from old to new but very pleased with the space and features. will take a while to get used to the new setup but enjoying so far.

This refrigerator holds a lot and can keep our food organized for easy access. I'm not OCD, but it helps to have moveable parts like the shelving in this fridge.

This refrigerator is great has a great design it looks very rich I love how numerous shelves slide over or lift up giving me versatility and the drawer that can be used as a fresh meat keeper or set to freeze so that you can have extra space whichever way you want to go. Nice large ice bin and easy to replace filter what more could you ask for I just love it. I love Samsung product I have a Galaxy Note 7 phone Galaxy Gear 2 classic watch gear vr with the controller a Samsung home security video monitor and cameras and as soon as my range goes out I will buy a Samsung range to go with my refrigerator.
