Fantastic look and fantastic perfomance. The lighting is very well done. It runs very quiet. I enjoy the versatility of the interior shelves and it makes it very easy to organize. Definitely recommend it.
Pros: Realistic color, very well lit.
Cons: hard to hide scratches with this finish.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit is amazing. Cooled within 3 hours to freezer and refrigerator settings. Waited 24 hours as advised before stocking. Quiet. Sleek. Shines like a new penny! Samsung even contacted us to verify measurements before delivery.
We originally ordered a refrigerator from another company. After 4 days, the evening before delivery, we were contacted to confirm a delivery window. The day of delivery we were contacted and advised that the refrigerator was on backorder and would be an additional 2 weeks for actual delivery. We were irate.
Found this Samsung instead. Good things happen to those who wait.

We had to replace our refrigerator after only 5 years (not Samsung). We've had our new Samsung refrig less than a month but I am happy to say so far so good. The size is perfect for us and we are happy with the water/ice features. What is truly important to us is that the product we purchased continues to work longer than 5 years. 10 years would be nice! Hoping Samsung can do it!

Love our new Samsung fridge!

We have had our new Samsung French Door refrigerator for a few days now, very quiet, and so beautiful. The flex drawer is very handy for snacks and drinks! We just love it! The entire unit is beautifully well lit. The freezer is deep and can hold many items. There is also a top drawer in the freezer that you can put food items that you use frequently, like ice cream! We like the electronic panels, one on the outside of the unit, and one on the flex drawer. They are user friendly.
We purchased the extended warranty, in case the electronics, or any other components, gave us trouble. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing the extended warranty.

Difficult to clean. Ice maker is clogging.

Our fridge is barely 5 years old. Ice maker made increasingly loud noises a few months ago. We paid repairman to assess. Bill to repair would've been over $500. Instead, youtube helped us address some of the problems. Too long to list here. Basically, the ice gets stuck often. We have to defrost manually. Next problem. Glass shelf over the drawers is difficult to clean. Mold grows between the glass & drawers. Drawers jam whenever pulled open. Shelf space can be better designed. I don't recommend this model. Check out youtube review videos. Appliances are not made with quality in mind. We're looking for basic fridges now. By the way, our previous fridge lasted 12 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
