We just opened our new refrigerator and were excited because of the many features that this refrigerator has.
LIKES: I like that the lighting for the panel is blue, i like how much space it has and so many compartments on both doors, love the 2 bottom drawers for the freezer and the chiller (i guess), i love how it looks in my kitchen.
DISLIKES: not smudge free, basically it needs maintenance like buying stainless steel cleaner and wipe it most of the time (tiring!), and the ODOR issues its really bad... like after using it for a couple of weeks there's a very strong odor coming out from the filter area. it doesn't go away but because i love samsung products which basically all of my kitchen appliances are from samsung so i'm willing to wait for their support /techservice to fix whatever is going on with the filter system. I will still recommend it because my mother in law got hers without any issues.

Refrigerator has been in the house and hooked up for 5 hours and there is now a huge puddle of water all over my floor

I love my refrigerator, but it has one flaw. My freezer has frost, I don't think the freezer drawer is sealed tight enough when closed. Repairman comes tomorrow .

Frost in the freezer and loud popping noises

I love everything about this refrigerator. There is lots of space, the lighting is great, and the middle door is perfect for the grand kids to use. However, there are 2 things that I have noticed--frost build-up in the freezer and loud, popping noises at times. We just got this unit, so I guess I'll have to call customer service to see what advice I can get about these two items. But other than that, I highly recommend this refrigerator.

New, but already in love. I can see all my food so easily! I like the drawer for meats and cheese, again, you can see what you have. And the freezer is perfect for big things on the bottom with the drawer and shelf to make often used items easy to reach.
I have to consult the manual to see how to get the water to come out colder and the cubes are very tiny, so I may have a water line problem. When unwrapped some of the tape left a sticky residue on the exterior. I did the virtual chat and they said I can use Goo Gone. It is coming off, but it is taking elbow grease.
Pros: Durable, value, style and convenience

We get this refrigerator as a Christmas gift for the family and has been nothing but happy with everything. The controls are easy to use and the actual refrigerator space available is phenomenal. If you have a chance to purchase this refrigerator, look no further! You will no longer need that extra refrigerator in the garage because the space is so vast can put everything you'll ever need In its vast and many compartments.
It is definitely worth the money!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, storage space, inside lighting, controllable temperatures
Cons: might not fit small kitchens
