Excellent Choice

Great features at a great price - Love the separate pull out deli drawer! Previously had a Samsung with the pull out deli drawer inside the unit. In order to get it open, both doors had to be wide open which made it inconvenient to use and obviosly was not energy efficient.
Cons: a bit loud when compressor is running
I would recommend this to a friend!

This refrigerator is great product! Quiet, roomy, great option to use the drawer as a refrigerated storage for sheet cake sandwich stuff or anything or turn it into a freezer for extra freezer space at the touch of a button. Low energy consumption amazing amount of space. I would highly recommend. Only down side is make sure you measure carefully before installing as it is maximizing the standard space for most standard size refrigerators at 36 inches wide. and 691/2 inches tall
Pros: Durable, lots of storage space
Cons: takes two people to install

We really love our new Samsung refrigerator! I wasn't sure we needed/wanted the extra drawer but it is one of my favorite things about it. So convenient.
The freezer is roomy and easy to use and the icemaker is fantastic.
I did move the adjustable shelf so we would have more tall space and that left me with an extra shelf I can't use. Otherwise the fridge is spacious and arranged nicely.

ICE MAKER NOT BIG ENOUGH

We bought this refrigerator in November, and really like it. The only negative items are that its very noisy and the ice maker is very slow at retrieving ice through the door.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

I absolutely love the middle drawer that can be used for deli meat, cheese and bottle drinks. I cannot tell you the number of times I go in that drawer daily! It is so convenient versus having to open the refrigerator door and a bin drawer like I formerly did with my older refrigerator.
I also love the lower freezer compartment. It is deep enough to store a variety of larger items but the top sliding tray allow me to organize smaller items that often got buried in the refrigerator/freezer compartment before in my older unit.
The only short coming is the ice maker. My old unit made the ice quickly and produced more ice than this one.
Pros: top notch design features

First new fridg in 20 + years. Had a slight malfunction with the ice maker just two
weeks after delivery. Made a phone call to the Samsung "Call Support" people and
had the problem resolved in minutes. Have owned several Samsung 46 & 60 inch
TV's so I stayed with Samsung for dependability.

Refrigerator has great features

This is the first Samsung Refrigerator we have owned. I have been very impressed with their customer service as there was a few mixups with the delivery company and a replacement for the first one that was damaged when it was delivered. Samsung's customer service was very helpful in getting the replacement in a timely manner and very courteous. I will definitely recommend Samsung appliances.

I love the room this model has in it. The inside layout is great. I even have more room after I buy groceries and put them all away inside my new refrigerator and I'm loving it!
