Still new, but loving it!

Remodeled our kitchen with all new appliances. Loved the features of this refrigerator and still have not taken advantage of all them. Still learning about all about everything it does. So far, so good.
Pros: Bright display, roomy
Cons: exterior human smudges
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like the refrigerator and love the deli drawer.
The ice maker has already jammed once, but got help on the help line.
Do not like the ice maker dripping water into the catch basin which then runs down the front of the door!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the 4th door!

The drink cooler drawer has to be the best thing ever invented! Machine runs quiet, finish is holding up well. Downside, ice maker leaks and is slow.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: ice maker problems

Not a lot of bang for the buck

My first new refrigerator in 20 years. I was so excited. Looks great, nice features.
The LED lighting inside was a plus. I liked the pull out drawer to easily access
items that you need most often. You can easily get ice or water from the in-door dispenser. The down side for me was the fact that when dispensing
ice 'cubes' it will always give you a decent amount of 'crushed' ice as well. I was told that this is 'normal.' If that is the case, then I am so disappointed in Samsung for their lack of design.
Also, the bottom pull-out freezer drawer is nice. It's deep, with lots of room. It also has a sliding
tray/shelf that moves front to back which is great too.
But the other 'down' side I have is that this tray/shelf makes a fairly loud squeaking noise when it moves. You can hear it when you open freezer door or manually slide that tray.

Convenience of the French Door Refrigerator

We already owned an Samsung side-by-side but we were attracted to the convenience of the French Door design so we moved our side by side to our cottage and bought the French Door model. We love both units.
Cons: samsung lettering came off refrigerator.
