Too hard to keep clean.

My biggest complaint is I cannot keep the stainless steel front clean and polished. I have owned several stainless steel refrigerators and this one is hard to keep clean and polished. The quality of the stainless steel seems to be very thin. It is about 8 months old and it is starting to stain. So much for stainless steel!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

overall I love this refrigerator. Samsung makes very high quality appliances. the only thing I would change is the shelving. more shelving for tall items is definitely needed.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, good price
Cons: needs more shelving for tall items

Enjoy being able to see everything on the shelf nice and bright.
Like the pull out to have space for small flat items. This free up the space on the upper shelves.

the ice cube maker has many flaws

The ice maker on this fridge is practically worthless if you expect to get ice cubes. If a mix of crush, chunks and cubes is ok with you then it is ok. also I left town for two weeks and came back to an ice bin that was one frozen chunk.
Cons: Poor quality, ice cube mechinism design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Much better than last

I had purchased a Fench Door in 2007. It had the worst ice maker. The local company would not work on it. Moved bought another brand. Moved again. Heard Sumsungs s service had improved. After much study and debate I chose this model. I thing the handle on the lower fridge feels flimsly but so far so good. Ice maker much better than last. Very happy so far
