Too Noisey

We liked everything about this refrigerator except for the noise. Dual cooling fans sound like a jet engine ready to take off. We had the fan assembly replaced once thinking that there was a damaged or out of balance fan. However it made no difference. Even the repair man apologized for the noise and stated that it was just this model.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ice maker could be better. Ask for cubes and you get crushed ice for the first few seconds. The ice discharges erratically resulting in ice on the floor and in one case on a guest.

I have come to expect quality from Samsung products and this is nothing less. Very nice features, looks great! Only wish it made more ice but other than that I am very pleased!

the refrigerator looks great. I t makes nice ice cubes. It is pretty cold in the freezer.

Cons: leaves smudges on doors

The only thing I would change is more height in the BACK of the shelves. The one that folds up makes height in the front which would hide items in the rear. Reversing this would be awesome and more height with even one less shelf in the left hand drawer would be great! Had to buy containers because our family sized bottles won't fit.

This refridgerator has all the features a person could want

We have admired this particular item for many months and finally decided it was exactly what we desired. The French doors, adjustable shelves and the bottom freezer fill all our wants and needs.
Programming the functions was easy and the panel display is an added bonus. We now can use this refrigerator to replace two refrigerators that we were using to store our fresh and frozen items. The stainless exterior is beautiful and blends well with our other kitchen appliances. Samsung truly delivers a quality product for homeowners looking to upgrade their kitchen
