Messy when dispensing crushed ice, seems to go everywhere. So far, we are happy with everything. Have not had it that long but very satisfied
Pros: good price
Cons: crushed ice is messy

My family seems to be in search of cold cuts and cheese on a regular basis. The utility drawer is a perfect set-up for avoiding extended search time plus I throw in a few bottles of seltzer water and they have their snack in a snap.

Just got our new refrigerator--and I love it.
Favorite features:
Fridge on top so we don't have to crawl around on our knees to get things off the bottom shelf or bend over to even see what's on the top shelf.
Flex drawer where we can get to often used items without opening up the whole fridge.

Wish it had:
Some sort of tray for meat in the flex drawer so occasional leaky packages don't contaminate the other food and make a mess.
Better tray arrangement on the door around the ice maker. (Some are too narrow for practical use. Maybe in time I'll figure out what to put there.)

I love this Refrigerator!

During an Ice storm our refrigerator went out due to power surges. We were not expecting to have to buy a fridge. We researched and found many good reviews on this model. So far WE LOVE IT! It is quiet and I love the LED lighting so bright and the storage space and extra pull out drawer are just amazing. I hope we have this fridge for a very long time. It makes ice quickly and the crushed or cubed function is great. it is sleek and modern looking. We are very pleased and would recommend this to family and friends. Great job Samsung!

The Samsung Refrigerator RF28HFEDBSR is a very nice and stylish Refrigerator. The LED Lighting are really bright without being blinding, they have a nice bluish tone to it making it quite bright for easy viewing. Good shelving and the cool select pantry has 3 different temperature settings to choose from.
The Ice Maker does eat up some shelf space and some space on the indoor shelves on the left side.
The performance so far has been great and I would say an overall good buy.
