Very happy to have moved to a drawer freezer from our previous fridge. The best thing I can say about this fridge is that we had a service issue with our ice maker after the 3rd month and it was a total breeze to get fixed.
Made a phone call to samsung, got asked to check out a few things with the ice maker
Got an appointment made for the following week for a technician to come by
He was great & on time, realized he needed a part and returned 2 days later and fixed everything. Took up approx 20 mins of my day and was not a hassle at all.

Second thing I can offer up as a review of this fridge is it's ability to handle a variety of food and items for a large household like mine. We've got ample room and modular options.

I like how the ice and water is a little taller where my toddler can't reach it.

I love the look of the refrigerator. It really looks good in my kitchen. It is really easy to find items in it, the lighting is great. I like the front cubby in the freezer also. The freezer fits more items than you think. The alarm feature is nice too if my grand daughter leaves it open by a accident i am made aware of it by the alarm so that is one less worry i have now.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, love the look

We just got our fridge delivered and we LOVE it, it is super spacious and it got so cold so fast! The only drawback I seem to notice is that the water nozzle is dripping water -___- this will annoy me for the lifetime of the fridge

Great Machine

Overall (and almost one month in), this is a great machine. We love the space (especially the middle drawer!!!), and it is SUCH an improvement upon our former refrigerator (also a French door model, but by another manufacturer). My major complaint is that in this particular unit the ice bucket is darn near impossible to dislodge (versus one non-four door Samsung model that has a button you push to release the ice tray). I just do not understand why Samsung did not design this more expensive machine with a release button...and I abhor releasing the ice tray for fear I will break it. It is laborious to release and should not be! Otherwise, all good here (the machine is slightly noisier than our 10 year-old model that broke, but not by much). We got the machine at a great price and are overall very happy.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, storage capacity!
Cons: no ice tray dislodge button!

I just had my new refrigerator delivered and installed. It looks so pretty in my new kitchen and is easy to figure out how to use it. The inside is bright but the ice maker does take up a lot in inside room. Since it has four doors this really isn't a problem . Im just getting used to using the flex zone feature and it's a great addition to the unit.
I will review it again, if necessary if there are any negative issues.
