Love the water and ice dispensers

For 33 years we have had the traditional refrigerator with freezer on top. It does take a bit getting use to a new design. Love having the water and crushed ice dispensed in the door. The doors on the refrigerator do have to be pushed shut unlike a traditional model. Love the bright lighting.

I love my new fridge. The lighting is fantastic. We love the middle drawer. It works great for snacks and lunch meat / cheeses. My only concern is the top roll out shelf in the freezer section. I wish it pulled out a little further on initial opening. The freezer is spacious and the split drawer helps with organizing.

Great Refrigerator!

We have had our new refrigerator for 3 months and are very pleased with it! We bought the White, as we have an older kitchen with white appliances and we did not want to change everything out at once. The White is very easy to clean and always looks great! Fingerprints do not show and smudges of food are easily removed and wiped down with a wet dishcloth. (Please SAMSUNG, don't discontinue White appliances!!!). The flexible shelves inside the fridge make it easy for making changes to storage when necessary. As of now, we have the push in shelf, IN, and the flip up shelf UP for our particular usage needs. The refrigerator is very quiet, only noticeable when starting up. We love the pull out the Flex Zone Drawer for the snacks, meat and cheese and some produce. This is a much better design than the small pullout drawer inside the three door refrigerator. It has more space, easier access and better temperature control. The Freezer Drawer is very nice as well and access is very easy. As of now, the freezer drawer does not pull out as much as it did when we had it installed. We will call technical support to resolve this minor issue. We love the magnetic release pull handles of the pull out drawers as it makes opening them very easy, even when fully loaded. This is especially important for us as we have a counter island that is only 23" from the front of the refrigerator. The ice maker works very well and has sufficient capacity for our needs, in the winter. The ice cubes are frosty and are not as clear as our old ice maker. The crushed ice could have smaller pieces as well, but overall it works well. This is the only reason for the 4 Star Rating in Performance. If we run short in the summer, we will just make more ice and put it in the freeze drawer. Thanks Samsung for a great Refrigerator!
