Really enjoy this product. As a matter of fact, I can't stop looking at our new Samsung stainless steel appliances. The fit and finish as wells as functionality are fantastic.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display

Only owned for a few days but thus far, I very much like -- visible from family room and dining area --- very beautiful appliance. Getting used to the motor - it is far quieter than any prior refrigerator but still has a gentle hum.
Pros: Bright display

Unit has good visual look and 4th slide out is very handy. Biggest drawback is poor design given to shelf height adjustments. A gallon of milk or a bottle of wine is so tall that they can only fit in door slot. If you adjust any shelf then shelves below or above get so small they are useless. Not enough thought given to tall items in fridge. Also ice dispensing is very slow. Also not easy to engage the switch for ice or water dispensing. Samsung needs to review and correct.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

love it. ..five stars! we bough it ten days ago,perfect size refrigerator and color.lots of space ,great features. so far we are very happy with it.wonder if Samsung discontinued 31 cu.f refrigerators?

Great fridge, lots of space. Ice maker needs to be bigger

We bought this refrigerator after our old one finally left this world after 16 great years. I wanted to get the French Door refrigerator because of the space. My wife and I are still getting used to having to open both doors to find stuff in the refrigerator after all the years with a side-by-side. I must say though that it is amazing to have so much room without pushing things around to make space. The cooling drawer underneath the refrigerator, for deli meats or yogurts, etc..is fantastic!! Saves a ton more room in the refrigerator for the bigger stuff and allows the kids to grab and go without having to climb. I didn't know if the freezer would be large enough, since there is a lot of space for refrigeration, but, it is plenty big. We haven't even come close to filling it as of yet. All in all, I love this refrigerator. The only thing that I would change is the size of the ice bucket and the amount of ice it creates. We are an ice lover family and tend to run out of ice sometimes. When there are parties, you'll need to purchase bagged ice to supplement the ice maker. Overall, a great product and would recommend to anyone!
Pros: lots of space, convenient flexzone drawer is easily accessible
Cons: ice maker too small
