We have only had this item for 2 weeks, however, as of today we are very glad that we purchased it. It cooled quickly after installation, runs quietly, holds the set temperature and the layout of both the refrigerator and freezer are wonderful. We would, without reservation, recommend this item. Thanks Samsung!

I am very happy with this French Door Refrigerator. Everything stays cold and the freezer is the best. Ice cream stays hard and food stays fresh and I love it the inside LCD lighting,

Since this is new I can't give it a 5 star rating until I have it for awhile. It is a lot larger than I expected and extends out into the kitchen quite a bit from the cabinets. The only thing I don't care for is having to actually push the doors closed. I am used to pushing it a little and the doors would close easily on my old refrigerator. I do enjoy all the different places to put everything and the extra drawer for the items, we open the door often to get. I like all the "nooks and crannies" for all the different size items I keep on hand . I find it a little difficult to get the gallon jugs over the plastic and onto the shelf in the door. Maybe there is a trick to this I haven't learned yet. The handles on the drawers move when I pull them and that is something I will have to get used to. Right now it feels like they are coming loose although I know they were made that way. I really do like this refrigerator. I just have to get used to the difference between it and my old one.

I love everthing this refrigerator except the shelves in the doors. I don't really know any other way to design it but I just like a little more room for condiments. However there is lots of room on the deep shelves to put things along with food. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. However, after owning it for 8 months, I wish I would have got it with the middle tray door.
Performance: The ice machine is slow to dispense the cubes sometimes.

LOVE this fridge!

So far I'm in love with this fridge. It's more convenient and roomy compared to my old side by side, and it's beautiful! Functionality wise everything has worked as it should, I can't hear it run and the ice maker isn't loud. So I consider us lucky thus far. The only disclaimer is that we've only had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks. The front of the refrigerator is not magnetic so that was a disappointment but we were able to put our pictures and other things on the side of it. It also smudges easily and takes a littl effort to wipe clean.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display
Cons: front is not magnetic, smudges easily and takes a little effort to clean
