Just received today. It seems to be much roomier than my previous fridge which was the
same size. Really like the deli drawer across the whole fridge as it makes it easier to
find the cold cuts as they are not piled high.

When I bought this product it was working fine but after two years it started to have a problem with the fan, it made alot of noise and simply stopped working.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only issue we have is the Middle Drawer. If the dividers were able to be locked into place, it sure would be nice. When you try to set things in by adjusting the dividers, the dividers do not stay in place so everything you try to separate moves around. But we love the refrigerator and even with this small issue, the drawer is something we are in and out of all the time. Just have to chase what your after. If Samsung put some kind of locks that would stop the dividers from moving, this would be the perfect refrigerator.

Really nicely designed. The layout really makes great use of the space. There is room for just about anything in this thing!! The added adjustable temp drawer just sweetens the deal. We are very pleased with our purchase.

My family absolutely love this refrigerator! It has such a huge spectrum of features. Our favorite is the refrigerator drawer that we use for chilling soft drinks and snacks.

So far I really like my refrigerator. I cannot give it an excellent because it does have some space issues to be a 28. There is also not a butter compartment so I am having to readjust my thinking. Also, the door that has the built in ice maker has a very small storage bin that will not hold anything but something small and narrow. That being said, it is a very quiet fridge and appears to be well insulated. It is also very bright..no hunting for an item it should be very easy to see. I also love the light in the bins. It also has the temps on the door so you always know the temperature. Important for me that has had two other fridges to die in the last 12 years(not a Samsung brand though). The freezer is big and roomy and is also well lit. I think once I get over the small issues listed above, I will really enjoy it. Consumer report did give it a good rating by the way which was also important to me.
