Great Family Fridge

Wife and I were having a hard time finding the perfect refrigerator that fit our needs until we found this one! A lot of new refrigerators were getting really fancy with screens in the front and buttons for mini doors within the main door, etc. and we were not interested in any of that. This fridge has a slick and simple screen in the front that is easy for anyone to understand and use. There is a ton of space that fits all our food plus more. We are super happy and excited with our purchase thus far!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, simple, organized

this fridge has been in use for a little over a month and is working excellent at keeping our foods cold and frozen. it will need to be leveled accurately when installed to keep from making loud motor noises

We purchased this Samsung 4 door refrigerator in December 2015, and I must say we have not been disappointed. The French style refrigerator area doors make for easy access. The middle pull out drawer is fantastic for quick pick items like lunch meat, cheese, and eggs. The freezer area is a large divided drawer with upper pull out drawer great for smaller items like butter, cheese, popsicles. We have been pleased with this purchase and have not found any deficiencies at this point. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Keeps stuff cold

Performance of cooling and space is fantastic. I don't like that you can't reach in for a handful of ice cubes; you must use the dispenser which takes a bit of time or remove the entire ice bin . Reaching things in the rear of the freezer drawer is difficult because the drawer does not slide out far enough. The most frequently used part of the freezer is the sliding shelf near the top & it slides all the way to the back every time the drawer closes. So getting the most frequently used items means pulling the drawer fully open, pulling the sliding bin fully to the front, then fully closing both as they don't close with just a push & release. With our old one you just opened the door, grabbed it and let the door go: done deal. The shelving inside is excellent, especially the slide-back one and the flip up one allowing for tall items. I like being able to adjust the temperature by desires instead of just "more cold" or "less cold."
Pros: Bright display
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

storage drinks on side door could be better

Instead place the bottle drinks on top on the glass shelf, I wish the side shelf design allows me place more bottle waters on the side door---- it helps for the easy access to them.
Pros: Bright display, open space able to see where things are
Cons: Did not meet expectations, side door needs more storage space

These are my wives toys and she keeps saying "I love my new stove and refrigerator" I hear this almost every night so if it makes the wife happy it is a good buy for the money.

The Ice Maker is a real problem

The ice maker in this refrigerator has leaked from the very first day. We have had a repairman fix it two times but it continues to leak water into the ice. This problem has us looking for another refrigerator which will not be a Samsung. You need to find a way to keep water from leaking into the ice and water collection area.
Pros: none
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
