Just had it installed, it's still getting up to speed cooling to proper temps. Will know more once able to really use product.

We bought the fridge due to features and looks. We haven't had it very long, so we aren't sure what long term will be, but it looks great and hopefully will serve us well.

Very big and spacious, but a little big for my current place - user error. Water filter works great, the water and ice taste delicious. Was skeptical about a pull out drawer for the freezer, but am fully converted at this point.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive

I'm very disappointed that my magnets won't stick on the front of our new fridge!

Good value, some odd design features

Bought the RF28HMEDBSR several weeks ago when our previous fridge gave up the ghost. First impressions are that it's a wonderful fridge, with a host of useful features (our current fave is the FlexZone drawer, which with three kids in the house is a godsend). Some of the design choices strike me as peculiar -- for instance, the shelves on the left door (with ice chute) are far too shallow and/or narrow to be of any use beyond storing a few sticks of string cheese. Still, the performance, value, and features -- to say nothing of the overall space -- all add up to a very satisfied new fridge owner.
