Very hard to give a review when we have not had the refrigerator an entire week. However, there are things that we have learned, the water dispenser will leak until you get all the air out of the line. The refrigerator makes strange popping sounds, I have been told that it is normal and it will go away, thus far, it still pops and creeks. This refrigerator makes more noise than my last refrigerator that was 24 years old.
The positives are many. You can set your refrigerator to the temperature you want.You can check the temperature at anytime by the touch of a button. The space inside the refrigerator is very spacious with room for everything. Love the ability to fold the top shelf up, it makes more than enough room for tall items. The drawer is great for snacks and keeps the doors of the fridge closed.
Pros: Bright display

We love the design and the product exactly fit our needs. Having French Doors make the product look big....we love the flex zone add on for intermediate storage.

Great Refrigerator

Purchased this unit 2 weeks ago and we love it. Cools great and the hinged door handles make it so easy to open the drawers. We decided to purchase the unit with the middle drawer and love the feature. We keep our bottle water there and it makes it easy to grab.

Love the lighting, sliding shelf for more space for tall items and general layout. One negative is the doors do not open wide enough. Be careful not to catch fingers in wide sliding tray. Bottom line is we are happy with it.

Cons: doors don't swing open far enough

Easy to keep clean on the outside. Love the interior. Bright and roomy. Shelves are movable to accommodate large platters and bowls.
Only con so far is the ice maker does not produce much ice. Takes time. When having parties or crowds it does not keep up with the demands. Plan to have extra ice bought.

An Excellent Purchase

We recently moved and needed to purchase a refrigerator/freezer for the home. After reading all of the not so positive reviews on this refrigerator, I thought I might as well just dig a root cellar and leave the grid. Well, I must say, I am truly pleased with this animal! Contrary to other reviews, this machine is quiet, it keeps things cold and drops ice when I want it. We have only had it for two months now and so I'm hoping it will keep delivering the performance I expect. The shelves are varied so that it is easy to find things according to the size of what I have placed in it. The door shelf space is wonderful on the right, however, the left side needs to "share" with it's cousin, the ice holder, so you do need to get creative in what you store on that door side. I store vitamins that need refrigeration so it works for me. The drawer for your choice is amazing! Deeper than I expected so I can put a carton of 18 eggs in and the bacon container on top of it. The DH likes his bacon and eggs conveniently located. It is perfect for those awkwardly large serving dishes that take up so much space. This requires no balancing act on your part and moving the grid to fit is easy peasy. The freezer area is deep for plenty of frozen items and the drawer is convenient for the smaller, more often "go to" items. The only drawback for me is that I had to get used to the different positioning of the water spigot. That's not a design flaw; merely a learning curve I had to adjust to so all in all, I think this has been a purchase match I would recommend! On another note, I chose to purchase the 5 year extended warranty, just in case my review is premature, but hey, it will ensure I have five years of service from this unit!
