Love this Refrigerator!

We wanted a french door fridge with a drawer, and were excited to see this Samsung at a great price. We love the adjustable drawer..so easy to put appetizer plates, or an easy way to separate all items needed for one meal--or change the temp to get those drinks slushy-cold. The ice maker works great, too. We have never run out of ice except for the time we accidentally turned it off! Don't love the lack of adjustability of the inside shelves and the door storage around the ice maker is very limited.

This is the nicest refrigerator I have ever owned. It has such great features. I love the light up display for water and ice and the ability to control whatever temperature you prefer. I also love the flex zone middle drawer. This is great for entertaining as you can put party trays, beverages, wine and other items and set the temperature to your liking. I also like the shelf that can be raised for taller items that don't fit in the door. Love my new Stainless steel refrigerator!!!!!

The ice maker is inside the refrigerator, so the ice does not freeze enough to keep them separated.
they kind of melt and freeze together. when trying to get ice from the dispenser, they come out half crushed. Technician called Sony and they said that's the way they are. Ice cubes look like they are made of snow. Need to put ice cube into bowl so you can sort through the crushed ice.

This refrigerator has the Flex Zone that can control temperature individually. The Flex Zone has two divider that it is easy to move and divide width and depth.

I really like this product and its features. The issue we have is the ice maker stopped working in less than 1 year and this is the replacement. I am very happy with Samsung with the way the issue was taken care of but I still think major appliances with a premium price tag should last better than this.
