Deeply disappointed with this cartridge and everything about HP. Bought this for a great printer I have had for many years, only to discover we were a victim of planned obsolescence. The new cartridge, always in the past the correct one for my printer, now comes with technology that communicates to the printer that it will not work in my old machine, rendering the printer unusable. Will never, ever, ever use and HP product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
I am so sorry that this happened to you! However, I think we can fix it by resetting your printer so it can use the "Z10" version of the cartridges (the ones customized for North America).

You'll need to ensure that you have the following before making the call: - A set of cartridges for your region (none of the old ones will work after the reset) - Easy access to your printer - Access to to the computer you use to send the print jobs to the printer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my HP printer! The ink is reliable (better than other inkjet cartridges) and completely depleted before replacement is required. I get plenty of warning that the ink is running low, which helps me have a replacement on hand. I am never unprepared!
