My printer said i needed three cartridges. so I ordered what it said. But when I installed the new cartridges the printer would not work because now it tells me it needs another cartridge. Bad business.
I am very dissatisfied with this ink cartridge. The copies are coming out very light. If it were not such a hassle to return it I would certainly do so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using HP printing products for over 12 years and have never experienced a defective product. On a separate note My new MAC computer purchased in December 2019 leaves a great deal to be desired. The operating system gives my continuous problems with format and correction activity. My old Apple Machine Serial No. C02GKOF2DHJP was much easier to operate than my new computer Serial No. C02ZH16RJV3N.
