I purchase these for our family printer which gets used frequently, and these cartridges last for several months. They do not smear or leak onto the paper, and print the correct line widths required for text, photos, and even copies with hand-written notes. I am also pleased that when the printer goes unused for a while that these cartridges do not dry out as some other cartridges do.
