I think it is ridiculous that after I bought an overpriced cartridge for black ink my printer would not work because I need to buy the color cartridges as well to print in black
and white. The total for the cartridges cost almost what I paid for the printer. When I went back to buy the color pack, I saw an Epson printer with the refillable cartridges and bought it instead. You overpriced your cartridges to the point that you are lost a long time customer.

Order received in May 2022, but the cartridges expire in June 2022. Now I have two 950xl cartridges that will be expired before I even put them in my printer! HP should not be shipping soon-to-expire ink cartridges! I usually give 5 stars but for this soon to be expired product I rated it 1 star.

There was some shipping error in sending you cartridges one month from expiring. It's a shame this situation happened. Normally, our cartridges are at least six months from the expiration date. The HP store takes returns or exchanges at www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/ReturnsandExchanges?id=page-return-exchange-policy/. Again, I would like to apologize for this incident.

While I share concern about the cost of ink, I would like to make a comment as to not being able to use my printer unless I have instant ink connection. I do not like threats or being held hostage for not purchasing ink online.
