Nice and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the unit for better than a month and it works great. It accommodates all our storage needs. The only design issue is the drawers in the door. There are two shallow drawers in the bottom of each door. You can't install a large drawer in the bottom of the door because it interferes with the slide out "Glide N Serve" shelf. Minor issue.

After doing without a refrigerator for a month, I am thrilled with this one. I can store gallon jugs easily, and the door storage is so handy for frequently used bottles and jars. The fridge wide bottom drawer is so handy since I can easily see what is in it without having to dig. My favorite thing is the deep ice tray that is never empty and the size of the cubes. The only negative is that the ice drawer does not come out all the way to get items stored there.

Quiet and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of research, we decided to buy LG and are glad we chose it. The refrigerator is very quiet. It has a much better ice maker than our last refrigerator, which consistently froze the cubes into a big block of ice. Shelving is very adjustable, both on the door and inside the main compartment. We also like the large, full-width deli tray and the movable baskets in the freezer.
One thing I wish we had are crescent-shaped ice cubes, instead of squares, because they would fit directly into a water bottle, for on-the-go people. We really wish the design of the slide "doors" for the fruit & vegetable drawers was flush. The bump sticking up, as a "handle" to move the little door is constantly being smacked and moved when we slide things on-off the main shelf. It would have been so easy, and so much more practical, to make the sliding door with a small, indented place for sliding it, instead of a knob that sticks up in the air a half inch.
Now if the product just holds up and gives us more than the 6-7 years service we received from our last two refrigerators, we will be pretty happy.

Plenty of room for everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous refrigerator was always overflowing but the LG has so much room it is easy to see what is in both the refrigerated and freezer sections. I particularly like the adjustable glass shelves that are easier to clean than some options that had coated wired shelving like you might find in a closet. I enjoy my quiet, huge new storage helper very much and would recommend it to everyone
