The French doors allows us to reach items with only one door open. The adjustable glass shelves made customizing nicely. The Glide N'Serve drawer has been extremely useful for large casserole dishes or meats. I'll be frank, when we started arranging our items in the refrigerator, I wondered how I would use that large drawer. It is now my go to drawer. Great addition. The lower freezer is spacious with an extra large ice bin. A few minor suggestions to LG:
I could not find any suggestions in the manual or on the internet about optimum temperature settings. It came set with 0 & 37. We thought that was a bit low. Secondly, the manual said some models had a sensor or arm to shut off the ice maker. I looked in our freezer but could not determine either. Our ice maker performed beautifully shutting down when the bin was full (Hooray! However it happened).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We converted from our 17 year old 21 cu. ft.Top freezer/ bottom Refrigerator to the new LG 24 Cu. ft. 3 door french door refrigerator. We like the extra storage room and large capacity door space, but it seems to have less freezer space than our old freezer. The freezer drawer is good to stack or layer your food but still see what most of the items are looking down inside.
