[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this model for 3 years. No problems with keeping things cold or freezing. Ice maker works well, you can hear when new ice is produced. Otherwise refrigerator is pretty quiet. Fits into a tight space which is why I bought this model. My only complaint is that the stainless steel gets dirty quickly from the slightest item that might be on our hands (jelly, etc).
Pros: Performance
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT NOT EVEN A YEAR AGO AND HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE FREEZER COOLING SYSTEM. THEY HAVE TP REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR AND CONTROL UNIT AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY, YOU NGUYS SHOULD REPLACE IT FOR A BETTER ONE.

CF Error after 5 months Not cooling

Purchased in January 2020, Stopped cooling June 2020, CF Error- so apparently condenser fan not working is problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG refrigerator with French doors about 5 years ago. The only problem I have had is with the ice maker. For some reason the ice cubes in the bin get wet and freeze together in big chunks. We have turned down the valve to reduce the water pressure. Still having a problem. Otherwise, the refrigerator works fine. I like the adjustable shelves on the door and in the box itself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this refrigerator is great: the double doors, the lower placed freezer compartment, the layout of the interior. The Grab And Serve drawer lid in the refrigerator broke after about 1 year and had to be replaced. The compressor failed after 2 years, but LG service was superior to other appliance manufacturers I've dealt with: I called on a Monday morning, and Tuesday morning a tech showed up to replace compressor free of charge.
I had always wanted a French Door refrigerator and I finally got one when I bought this house. The previous owners put it in when they redid the kitchen before selling the house. The fridge is great, has lots of space and the ice maker is the bomb.

The refrigerator has several shelves and the compartments on the doors adds to the storage space. We're still getting used to the freezer being at the bottom.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it less than three years ago. Since then most of the transparent plastic parts cracked. Black paint layer is very thin, scratches easily. Metal on the door is dents easily as well. On a positive side - it's quiet. Few weeks ago it stopped cooling, compressor needed replacement. Called support after repair person said it should be replaced through warranty (LG website stated that warranty expired). Support experience was actually good - representative quickly opened an case, said it's covered by warranty and tried to schedule repair visit - but availability was 0 and he said local LG partner will be reaching out. I got lucky, they called only 3 days later because someone cancelled appointment. LG offered reimbursement for the spoiled food but I have yet to see the check.
