I bought it in 2016. Worked fine for 5 yrs then started with an odor I could not get rid of. Smells like dead mouse but have cleaned it thoroughly inside, out and air filter in as well as baking soda. Checked behind and under, nothing. It has no drain pan on this model so it’s not that. I had a repair guy in who said he smelled a faint but but could find nothing mechanically wrong. No leaks. Nothing. So I’m faced with whether I just live with it or replace it. Big expense for a phantom odor.
