Best Refrigerator Ever Owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. We had a Samsung that was 18 months old and it died and we were unable to get anyone to come and repair it for 11days. Luckily, we had a service contract on it so we were refunded our money and went to Best Buy and bought this refrigerator! It is very quiet, keeps food nice and cold no matter where it is in the refrigerator. Love the French Doors and the way it looks. I would highly recommend this one or any other that LG makes! Very happy!

We bought this because it came with high ratings and so far it is everything we expected. It is EXTREMELY quiet and keeps a consistent temperature. Well worth it!

I replaced a 27 year “old school “refrigerator with this new LG model. So far it’s great. I wasn’t looking for in-door features and I didn’t hook up ice machine. It’s very quiet and keeps things real cold. I reviewed many reviews, shopped around, and looks like I made a great decision to purchase this model. Hopefully it continues to last and serve me well.

Compressor failed, 2.5 years old!!

FABULOUS........except what's with these doors?!

Purchased late May, already had the "flap" attached to left door replaced, it kept jamming and would prevent both doors closing. Nothing found in directions about opening either door first, etc. Not one cautioning word heard from LG rep who took our Cust. Svc. call (but she was very nice, really!) or either of the two service company personnel said about opening either door first, either. Guess what? The new one is doing exactly the same thing, and there seems no rhyme or reason to its cause, we can't figure out any sort of pattern which results in its happening. Sure would appreciate some word/explanation/update from LG. I have quite a number of LG products and feel they are generally excellent work. This problem makes no sense and I seriously doubt it can be operating as designed, no engineers would clear it working at it does now.
