[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got our new LG French door refrigerator. To be honest, we love it but there is one main issue that we wish we could’ve noticed before but I still would recommend it. Especially if you use a lot of ice like we do! Ours came with a factory installed ice maker with an additional “ice plus” feature we have on constantly (because we use a LOT of ice)! The shelves were our biggest disappointment. It’s almost impossible to have the shelves set up without having one that we didn’t use. And after all the setting up, we then realized we didn’t have a way to get a bottle of wine to stand up. So we had to re-do the door and now a bottom shelf of the door can accommodate a bottle of wine standing up. Other than that, it is really pretty. I don’t normally like bright LED lights, but in the fridge it’s wonderful! And did I mention it makes a lot of ice!! Plus the bin is huge. I think it makes ice better than my mom’s fridge and she has a Bosch!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to this purchase my wife had difficulty locating and reaching items in the back of the refrigerator. The design of this refrigerator makes it easy to see what you have and the items are easily reachable. This was accomplished by having deeper shelves on the doors.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new LG Fridge is exactly as I wanted it. Looks beautiful in my newly renovated kitchen. The simplicity and ease of the features is perfect for my needs. I did have one issue with the ice dispenser but a rep was out to service it very quickly. Happy with my purchase.

Pros: Style/Design, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good other than weird rattling coming from butter compartment. It’s so obnoxious sometimes and I wonder if the Butter compartment is defective.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Rick. The rattling is likely due to the vibration of the refrigerator. I would double check the leveling of the legs to try to reduce the noise coming from the butter area. ^Jennifer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the perfect LG French Door Refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom that fits perfectly in our small space in our condo. Although it is built to fit in a small space there is a lot of food storage space at a great price. My wife and I love it.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for not quite a month. So far, we like it. The french doors are a great feature. Have had a bottom freezer frig for 25+ years and wouldn't have it any other way. This freezer is good overall size and ice maker is proficient. We did add a temperature sensor system in the frig and found that it was running too cold - factory set at 37 degrees and was running at 32. Was not the easiest to find what should have been quick and simple directions on how to change the temp other than from F to C but there really was nothing in the manual. Did get it changed. The shelves in the frig are the one area that could use improvement. When they are set to the desired level in the slots, you have to make sure they stay rested on the guides of the sides of the frig. The shelves move away from these guides much too easily and when removing or placing items from/in frig, you need to make sure to push the shelf back on top of the guides - otherwise, with any kind of weight on the shelf, the glass shelf starts to bend.
