[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in 16 to replace r previous fridge of 26 yrs.it worked flawlessly for 5 yrs and then the compressor went out,fortunately LG had a 10 yr warranty on the compressor and all we had 2 pay was labor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge 7 years only have one issue that was under warranty. It is large and more than counter depth. I only complaint is that the doors are very persnickety. So, be mindful when closing they seem closed and then are not & dont make the beeping alert unless drastically open.

4 years and then compressor failed- LG fixed it

Purchased in 2018 and it has worked fine. Not too loud. No issue until July 2022. Called LG and they arranged the repair through their network. A new compressor was installed and it’s working again. Second LG item I have needed to have repaired in four years. LG warranty covered it each time. Repairs each time we’re done quickly. I appreciate warranty on these items.
I bought this in 2016 and just had to have it repaired since it stopped cooling my food. I was not happy that I had to pay for the service since it was out of warranty by 1 month.
