After I don’t know how many years we got rid of Frigidaire fridge whose ice cubes were blobs! It was 6 years old. The LG is French Door model and we can see all food items and the ice cubes are plentiful, we love it!

Stay away from linear compressors

Need a 3rd repair on a 2015 7 yr old high end LG Frig. Shopping new vs repair as not warrantied for labor. Above links lays out the problem. I missed out on the class action law suit.

Great Choice for Limited Space

We live in an older house with cabinets that are a bit lower than modern homes. So, our choices of refrigerator were limited to 22 cu ft and smaller. I found only two french-door, bottom freezer models - this one and another brand. The specs of the two models were almost identical; however, the LG felt more solid and had a more "upscale" look. We're very very happy with our purchase. The temperature is cold cold cold, our fruits and veggies last longer, our frozen food is solid (something our old side-by-side couldn't achieve), and the internal icemaker is outstanding. The inside LED lights are noticed by all who open the doors. Hands down this is the best choice for a 22 cu ft refrigerator.

Dead at 11 months

I researched different brands and chose LG because they had good reviews so I feel compelled to warn others of my experience. This was part of a 3 appliance suite we bought in January of 2015. French door Fridge, Range and OTR micro. They replaced 17 year old appliances, the old fridge compressor was thumping so we decided to upgrade. Love the design and look of the appliances BUT micro stopped heating 10/3/15, warranty repair required parts that needed to be ordered and waited until 12/3 to have it finally fixed. As fate would have it the very next day the fridge compressor died and everything defrosted, now waiting for warranty repair again while living out of coolers and buying ice. I don't trust these appliances at all and would never buy again. Two out of three haven't lasted a year!! Now I will be forced to buy the extended warranties and have no faith they will last even 5 years. I'm retired and can't afford to replace major appliances every few years! Whatever happened to quality products?

I absolutely love this fridge. I love the convenience, space and light and can't say enough about the bottom freezer. It was the perfect fit for my kitchen

The worth refrigerator money can buy! Many time technician replace part after part and still frozen food going to garbage bag.So far I demand replace this refrigerator before my warranty going out. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
