Product is quiet.

We have only used this ref for a couple of weeks, and so far, so good. We have an older house and were confined by width and height measurements. This was one of two we found in our search that had the features we wanted and fit our restrictions on size. It started to make ice within about three hours, which surprised us after reading some reviews. It is quiet compared to our 21 year old top freezer model that we replaced. Like the led lighting, so much brighter than the bulb. This is the first bottom freezer that we have owned, and we really love it. No more bending over to see what is on the bottom shelf, all the way in the back. The only thing we wish it had would be a built-in filter for the ice maker. We hope it last as long as the one we replaced!

Wonderful refrigerator

This fridge replaced a side by side. I love all the room in the bottom freezer. The fridge is very roomy. I wanted a fridge to fit my small kitchen that had no water/ice in the door. We live in a rural area with a hard water well. I love this fridge.

Good quality, love my LG

This design is the same as my previous refrigerator. I love French doors and especially love the bottom freezer. Its very quiet and keeps foods fresher longer. The 3 drawers are roomy and convenient.
The only things I'm not crazy about are the storage pockets in the bottom of the doors. I prefer to have the gallon storage down to the bottom of the door for bottles which are taller than milk bottles. Otherwise, love this refrigerator.

Large capacity/French doors

If you only have 33 inch width to deal with and your looking for a French door design with the freezer on the bottom you will like this one. This unit beat out Samsung in my opinion in this class. Outstanding lighting, almost silent operation, excellent design features including adjustable shelves, temperature display(very nice) and a beautiful stainless steel exterior. Very well thought out interior that's capacity will pleasently surprise you.

Beautiful but not always quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After picking the same fridge at three different retail stores, we knew this was the one that would work. If you have an older kitchen and are worried about its fit like we were...worry no more. We didn't have to remove the upper cupboard to make it fit. I wanted a lower freezer with solid shelving instead of baskets. How would one clean freezer spills with baskets? Get out tools for that one. The LG delivered on that and many other features.
The one thing it didn't deliver on was the unexpected noise from the freezer section. Like many consumers I searched the internet to confirm others had the same experience and they did. One tip has seemed to work for me, turn off the ice-maker. We don't have it hooked up and the delivery folks didn't make the switch. Still others have shared stories of having to use a blow dryer on the back of the freezer panel. Hope I don't have to go that far to deal with this issue.
With only two weeks of usage we are still happy customers.
