Don't waste your money

You can't fill the fridge or air won't properly circulate and items freeze, the interior plastic is cheap and if you drop something it will crack, the door baskets were poorly designed and don't hold up to normal wear (and replacement parts are astronomically expensive), so sorry I ever purchased this

Very Disappointed

When I bought this, I was told about the Smart Diagnosis feature. Now that it has stopped working, this feature is apparently unavailable and I am expected to pay to have someone come tell me what is wrong. Extremely poor service. Won't buy LG again.

Not wide enough for French doors

This refrigerator functions great, and there is plenty of usable space inside. The downfall is the fact that 30" is too narrow for French doors to be functional. Each side it too narrow to fit most items inside with only one door open. Needing to open both doors every time is inconvenient, frustrating, and causes more fingerprints, grime, and cross contamination. It is too bad LG does not make a single door bottom freezer refrigerator.

Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator in 2016. First the ice maker iced up and then started over filling. I had to chip the ice away every few days. Last week I opened the freezer and everything had melted. I called customer service and asked her if I could do the phone analysis but the problem with that is the freezer is reading 0 and the refrigerator section says 37. Don't know if it worth fixing. I remember when refrigerators lasted 40 years. Those days are gone.

Standard refrigerator with some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning the refrigerator for about 6 months, the seal around the French door was torn. Technician came and replaced it. But then it tore again. I think LG engineering team should take a look at the design and or rubber compound used to determine why it tears so easily since that is the part no human hands would touch.
Another issue is the refrigerator tends to freeze up in certain parts of the refrigerator. Was it due to poor insulation at that location? Not sure.
