[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this refrigerator sight-unseen from a specification sheet in October. It fit our space and was going to be available within a short time when appliances were it short supply in our area. Overall we are pleased with the unit, especially the refrigerator area. There is ample space, and we appreciate that everything is easier to find at eye level. This is the first bottom freezer that we have had, and it has been challenging to organize. We really wish that the upper drawer in the freezer was full extension so that it would be easier to find items stored there. It only extends about 7" out from the unit when fully extended. It is possible to lift it up off the track and bring it forward about 5 more inches which helps, but then you must lift it up and move it back on track to close the drawer. This is something that we would have realized if we had been able to see the unit before ordering.

The crisper drawers are perfect size for us and the interior space of both the refrigerator and freezer is just right for my wife and I. The compresser operation is extremely quite and digital temperature controls are easy to use, freezer can go to subzero Temps as well. Ice + feature is excellent to make a lot of ice quickly. The extra large ice "bucket" holds more than enough ice. Very happy with this purchase.

This refrigerator replaced a larger side-by-side refrigerator in our kitchen. Surprisingly, it feels like it has a double the storage space inside. The separately adjustable shelves on either half of the refrigerator is a huge plus also. There are more option for storage. The use of space inside is much more efficient than any refrigerator I’ve seen in ages. We love it!

I bought the following LG appliances, Wall microwave oven, French doors refrigerator and gas range less than 3 years ago.
I was happy with the appliances until suddenly in November 2020 the microwave oven stopped heating/warming/cooking features and I had to buy a new one. Now in January the refrigerator stopped cooling/freezing completely on 1/15/2021. The refrigerator is being repaired today. i expected better performance/longer life from these LG appliances.
I bought the following LG appliances, Wall microwave oven, French doors refrigerator and gas range less than 3 years ago.
